Chris Rackliffe, or @crackliffe, as he is fondly known by friends and readers alike, is a trauma survivor, mental health advocate, anxious attachment style coach, and author of the self-help book, It’s Good to See Me Again: How to Find Your Way When You Feel Lost—an illuminating guidebook on the journey to find emotional healing.
Throughout his extensive career, he has engaged millions of people around the globe as head of social media for some of the best-known magazines in the world, including Entertainment Weekly, Men’s Health, PEOPLE, and more.
